30-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your tote, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, just send us back the tote to the shipped address.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thetote.store with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
